Family Yoga: Saturday Series!
April 6 @ 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
We’re now offering our popular Family Yoga series on Saturdays!
Yoga is a great way to teach mindfulness, body awareness, and breathing techniques. In this class we use engaging music to take kids through movements, postures and breathing exercises; we sing familiar songs as we add yoga poses; we take trips around the room to find different animals and do their poses; we develop fun obstacle courses; and more! This Family Yoga program is ideal for kids ages 2-5 and caregiver(s), however we are flexible. (Baby siblings always welcome).
3 Saturdays from 11:15 AM-12:30 PM:
March 9, March 23, and April 6.
$40 for all 3 classes if you sign-up by February 23
(We need at least 5 families to sign up for the full series in order to run this class)
RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
After 5 families have signed-up for the full series, we will open the class up to drop-in’s. You will be able to come to the Saturday classes that fit your schedule at $15/class.
(We also offer a similar Family Yoga series on Monday mornings– follow this link to learn more: https://www.greatfallsyoga.com/new-events/monday-family-yoga)
