‘Urine My Garden’ Workshop w/ Rich Earth Institute
Urine is a sustainable, local alternative to commonly-used synthetic fertilizers. The urine one person produces annually contains enough fertilizer to grow nearly a whole year’s supply of food!
At this workshop, led by the Rich Earth Institute, we’ll learn how fertilizing with urine can promote healthy gardens and watersheds. With this DIY eco-gardening practice, you can reclaim the nutrients from your body to grow a bounty!
Rich Earth will also introduce a community science program for peecycling gardeners, their local urine donor program, and have home garden guides and peecycling kits available for interested participants to take home.
