The Guilford Selectboard meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 6:30 pm at the Town Office. Members of the public are welcome.

This class introduces the Tai Chi for Fall Prevention sequence starting from the very beginning. Regularly practicing the slow, rhythmic movements of Tai Chi smooths out stiff joints, improves balance, and promotes a sense of well-being.
